MISSION
Nancy's Village is meant to go off the old motto "it takes a village" Community helping the community. We are here to help those in need (crisis) and try to make things a little easier for people who have fallen on hard times.
ABOUT
Nancy’s Village is a non-profit corporation created and run by a group of Rockaway Township and Rockaway Boro residents who were concerned that people right here in our towns are struggling
STORY
In April of 2021, Nancy was diagnosed with Leukemia AML.
She reached remission in June but it came back in July. The doctors didn't give her long. She fought hard and kept beating the odds.
In October they gave us "the speech" but Nancy wouldn't have it. She said she still had more people to help. She started making her own Miracles.
She went another ten months of battling this disease.
On June 16 2022, the final bell rang and Cancer had won.
